The inverter power switch is not displayed after it is turned on. First check whether the power supply is normal, and then check whether the power switch is damaged.

Případ 2:

The frequency converter shows that the motor does not start after pressing the run key. First check whether the two ends of the seven core plug are plugged tightly, check whether the ball mill protective cover is properly covered, and then check whether the safety switch (travel switch) is damaged.

Případ 3:

In the process of ball milling, it is found that the rotating speed of the large plate drops obviously, or the rotating speed is uneven, and the rotation is weak. This is because the V-belt driven by the motor is worn, and the V-belt needs to be replaced.

Případ 4:

Když Kulový mlýn suddenly makes abnormal noise during normal operation, shut it down immediately, check whether the ball mill tank is loose, and restart the ball mill after tightening the bolts.

When the grinding noise of the ball mill suddenly decreases or disappears during normal operation, shut down the machine immediately, unplug the power cord, and rotate the ball mill tank manually. If one or more ball mill tanks are found to be not rotating smoothly, the gear is damaged and needs to be replaced.

In case of metal friction sound or peculiar smell during normal operation of the ball mill, shut down the machine immediately and unplug the power cord. If the puller sleeve is pulled by hand, if the shaft is loose, the bearing is worn and needs to be replaced.
